Excursion: BRACCIANO TOUR
BRACCIANO EXCURSION FULL OR HALF DAY
Situated 50 km north of Rome, drive time of approximately 1 and half hours, is one of the Lazio lakes named Bracciano. This lake as the others in this area was originated by a volcano. Renown as one of the summer estate location by the ancient romans for its excellent water supply and clean beaches, which are still today controlled and well kept. The castle in Bracciano has been the setting for some famous weddings, most recently Tom Cruise. You may visit the castle on this tour, if you require an english speaking guide please reserve this in advance. Entrance tickets are 7euro including the guide and tours leave every 30 minutes and last for 1 hour.
The half day tour is 4-5 hours, full day includes a lunch stop and more time at the lake side villages.
